Shipping Policy

Prices shown do not include shipping charges. Shipping charges are determined by destination and weight of shipment and it will be added when your order is processed. If you wish to know your invoice total ahead of time, please call 800-906-6423 and we'll be happy to give you this information. Shipments are normally sent via United Parcel Service, FedEx, or U.S. Postal Service. If a customer wants to arrange their own method of shipment, please let us know when the order is placed. We do not recommend the use of padded mailing envelopes as these tend to come apart or become ripped in transit. When they do, your pack(s) can become damaged or lost.
