Sending us your battery for rebuilding

    If you wish to send us your battery pack for rebuilding, please send it to the address listed below. Include your name, address, and a daytime phone number with area code. Once we're done with your battery, we'll contact you for payment information. We rebuild battery packs using high quality Sanyo or Panasonic cells and there is a full one year warranty included. If there is any corrosion on the inside or outside of your battery, this may prevent us from rebuilding it.

    Due to certain environmental effects on plastic battery cases, we cannot be held responsible for cracking, splintering, or breakage that might occur to a old battery case. We will take great care and every precaution to minimize these events from happening. For shipping instructions, pack your battery very securely with bubble wrap or packing peanuts and use a cardboard box instead of padded mailers as these tend to come apart or become ripped possibly causing damage to or loss of your battery.
