Returns
NiCd Lady Company shall warrant all electronics, batteries or battery assemblies sold by it for the period of one calendar year, measured from the date of purchase by the first end user. Under this warranty, any NiCd Lady Company battery found to be defective due to improper workmanship or material will be repaired or replaced without charge. The repaired or replacement product is warranted for the balance of the original warranty period. Warranty is VOID if serial number is removed, or if battery is charged using non-specified charger. When a rechargeable battery is considered for warranty, we will warrant the battery to exhibit 80% or higher of the originally specified battery capacity (mAh) for the period of one calendar year. RETURN POLICYReturns will not be accepted unless previously authorized and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. NiCd Lady Company must be advised of any discrepancies within 15 days of invoice date. Custom made product, non-rechargeable batteries, and individual cells are non-returnable and non-refundable (this includes all chemistries). No returns will be accepted after 30 days from date of shipment, unless for Warranty purposes.RETURN PROCEDUREIf a NiCd Lady Company product must be returned, please call (951)653-8868 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). The RMA# must be printed on the outside of package being returned. All shipping charges must be paid by the original purchaser. NiCd Lady Company must be notified of invoice and/or shipping discrepancies within 15 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted for refund or credit after 30 days of invoice date.Warranty does not cover: a) defects due to repair, modification, service, or alteration by any party other than NiCd Lady Company, b) defects due to customer abuse/misuse, c) failure of plastic case due to improper handling, d) individual battery cells (all chemistries), e) non-rechargeable batteries. USE OF PRODUCT POLICYNiCd Lady Company shall not be liable for any misuse of the goods, for any injury, lost profits, delays or other consequential damages resulting from any defect or failure of the goods to perform as expected. A buyer accepts all such risk.PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONSAll goods shipped by Seller shall conform to the Seller's internal specifications unless otherwise agreed to in writing. |
